By accessing and using Hovera Robotics IDE ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Hovera provides an AI-powered robotics development platform that includes:

• AI-generated robotics project code and documentation
• 3D CAD model generation and visualization
• Wiring diagrams and circuit schematics
• Component recommendations and sourcing
• Step-by-step project instructions
• Real-time project assistance and support

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are required to use AI-powered features
• Credits can be purchased through our payment processor (PayPal)
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy terms

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOVERA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
